DigiOS connects to your store through the WooCommerce REST API over HTTPS, using REST API credentials you create in the store settings. New orders arrive by webhook, and DigiOS marks them completed with the tracking details attached.
- Where it stands
- Planned1 Nov 2026
- About WooCommerce
- WooCommerce is an open-source commerce plugin for WordPress, used to run online stores.
- Your account
- You keep your WooCommerce store or seller account. DigiOS uses the app access you authorize, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- An order with a SKU DigiOS doesn't know, or a shipment confirmation the store refuses, goes to one queue with the reason. Fix the item or the mapping and run it again, and it never ships twice.
Questions about WooCommerce
Does WooCommerce store tracking numbers by itself?
Not in its core. DigiOS adds tracking as an order note and a custom field, and fills your tracking add-on's fields if you tell us which one you use.
Will it work on managed WordPress hosting?
Usually yes, as long as the REST API is reachable over HTTPS. Tell us your host and we check.
Does the plugin list matter?
Some plugins change orders or stock. Send us the list and we mark the ones that touch either.
Ask about WooCommerce.
Tell us what you run and what you want WooCommerce to do. A person answers in writing.
