DigiOS is added to your store as a fulfillment service for a location. Shopify sends the orders assigned to that location to DigiOS, and DigiOS accepts each one, ships it, and sends the fulfillment back with its tracking number.

- About Shopify
- Shopify is a commerce platform that merchants use to build online stores and sell across web, social, marketplace and in-person channels.
- Your account
- You keep your Shopify store or seller account. DigiOS uses the app access you authorize, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- An order with a SKU DigiOS doesn't know, or a shipment confirmation the store refuses, goes to one queue with the reason. Fix the item or the mapping and run it again, and it never ships twice.
Questions about Shopify
Does DigiOS replace Shopify?
No. Shopify stays your storefront and checkout. DigiOS takes the orders assigned to its location and runs them on the floor.
Does it work with Shopify Plus?
Yes. Standard and Plus stores both support fulfillment services.
Can we run beside our current fulfillment first?
Yes. DigiOS works through your order notifications next to your current fulfillment so you can compare the two. At the switch, you reassign the location to DigiOS.
What about orders that ship as parcels?
DigiOS ships parcels with the carriers and shipping tools on this site. Tell us your volumes and we show you how labels are made.
