HOW WE WORK.

One real operation, one real site. Our engineers sit with your floor and your finance desk, write down how work actually moves, and compose DigiWarehouse around those records. You keep every record we write.

/HOW WE WORK

SHADOW RUN BEFORE ANY CUTOVER.

We run your real orders beside your current process and compare, line by line, before anything switches. You decide at the end of each phase, and no phase starts until the last is signed off.

  1. 01

    SIT WITH THE FLOOR

Our engineers spend time where the work happens: receiving, inventory and the finance desk.

    DESIGNED
  2. 02

    WRITE DOWN HOW WORK MOVES

The records, the exceptions and the handoffs as they are, not as a process chart says they are.

    DESIGNED
  3. 03

    COMPOSE AROUND THE RECORDS

DigiWarehouse is assembled from existing task kinds, rules and modules around what was written down.

    PLANNED
/HONESTLY

This is a method, not a track record: DigiOS is early access and there are no customers to cite.

— NOT CLAIMED

/FIT

FIT, STATED PLAINLY.

Four conditions that both sides can test, not a persona.

  • You run a real operation: a 3PL with more than one client, or an industrial operator with a defined line.
  • You can name the system your floor runs on today and who owns it.
  • A person with authority over receiving, inventory and finance will sit in the sessions.
  • You will let us compare against your current process before anything switches.

/PARTICIPATION

EACH PHASE CAN BE THE LAST.

Four phases, each with something we bring, something you bring, and a decision that stays with you.

Scope, shadow run, pilot, decisionFour plates stepping down and to the left, each with more lit than the last. The first is dashed: scope. The second has a few faint cells: a shadow run beside your current system. The third is half lit: a pilot at one facility. The last has one fully lit cell: your decision.

/THE PHASES

NO PHASE STARTS EARLY.

No phase starts until the last is signed off, and each one ends with a decision that is yours: continue, change scope, or leave with your records.

/WHAT TO BRING

WHAT TO BRING.

Three things make the first session real: an order feed, an inventory export and a named owner on your side.

  • One client's order feed, in whatever form it arrives today.
  • One inventory export for the same client.
  • A named person who owns receiving, inventory and finance decisions.
  • The system your floor runs on today, and who owns it.

A promise is cheap before a line has run through it. Running one real operation beside your current process costs us the same effort and gives you evidence. Shadowed is the difference between a promise and a pilot.

/GOVERNANCE

WHO OWNS WHAT.

Your records stay yours: we write them, you own them. Exit is a defined step: export, then key destruction and removal of the stack. Evidence is shown claim by claim; anything still only designed stays marked as designed.

DESIGNED

Every session has a named owner on each side, terms are agreed in writing before any data is shared, and we do not use your name without your say.

DESIGNED

Your data stays yours: it is used for the agreed scope only and returned or deleted when we stop.

DESIGNED

You can stop after any phase, and the pilot has a rollback agreed in advance.

DESIGNED

Every phase ends with a written record of what ran, what was refused and what changed.

/FAQ

QUESTIONS WE GET.

WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR DATA IF WE STOP?

You leave with an export of the records we wrote. We then destroy the tenant's key and remove the stack, so nothing readable remains on our side.

DESIGNED
WHO DOES THE WORK DURING THE SHADOW RUN?

Our engineers load your orders and inventory and do the comparison; your people review the differences and say which side was right. Your floor does not change until the pilot, and the pilot has a written rollback.

DESIGNED
WILL YOU NAME US PUBLICLY?

Not without your say. Terms are written down before any data is shared, and a name is part of those terms.

DESIGNED
WHAT IF THE SHADOW RUN SHOWS DIFFERENCES?

Each difference is listed. Your people say which side was right, and we decide together whether it is ours to fix.

DESIGNED
/SESSION

BRING ONE REAL OPERATION.

One client's order feed. One inventory export. We load both and open that client's view beside yours, so you see what the client would.
