DigiOS.
On the web

One workspace on the web for everyone who touches the operation.

Planners at a desk, supervisors on a tablet, operators on a floor device, clients from home. Each signs in to the same DigiOS and lands on the screen for their job.

The same system, three jobs.

Sample data

Live operations boardDoors, tasks, orders and exceptions for one site, by client or shift. A scan on the floor shows up here as it happens. On a phone this shows the totals, the doors and the scan feed.

At a desk

Planners and supervisors work from the live board.

Sample data

Handheld taskLocation, item and quantity, a scan to confirm, and the next job. With no signal the scans keep going on the device and are checked when it reconnects. On a phone this shows each handheld at its own size, one under the other.

On a floor device

Operators get the next job and scan to finish it.

Sample data

Client portalA client signs in to see their own stock, their own orders and their own receipts, and talks to the warehouse team in the same place. Nothing of anyone else's is shown. On a phone this shows the order's progress and the conversation with the warehouse team.

From home

Clients see their own stock, orders and activity.

What it usually looks like

  • A client portal that is a different product from your warehouse system.

  • A supervisor's tablet app that doesn't show what the office sees.

  • Three logins, three sets of screens and a spreadsheet to add them up.

Four things it does

A screen for the job.

An operations manager lands on orders and the dock, a shift lead on the task board, an inventory controller on stock and exceptions, a client on their own goods. Nobody wades through screens meant for someone else.

The same system on every device.

The same work at a desk, on a tablet and on a floor device. A bigger screen shows more; the work is the same.

Sign-in for everyone you invite.

Staff, clients and partners sign in on invitation. You choose who sees which site and which client, and until when.

Make it fit your site.

Add your own screens, workflows and reports inside DigiOS for how your site works: a kitting step for one client, a dock board showing the three things your supervisor asks about. What you add sits beside what comes with DigiOS and keeps working when DigiOS is updated.

Questions

What do our people need to use it?

A current browser on a desktop or a tablet, and an Android handheld on the floor. Sign-in works with your SSO, using SAML or OIDC, and with MFA.

Do clients need training?

A client opens a link and signs in. They see their stock, orders and activity.

Can we change the screens ourselves?

Yes. Your own additions are part of your deployment, not an extra line on the price.

Tell us who needs to be in it.

List the roles on your site and the clients you'd invite. We'll show you the screen each would see.
