DigiOS connects to your seller account through Amazon's seller API (SP-API), which you authorize from Seller Central. Orders you fulfill yourself arrive in DigiOS, and DigiOS confirms each shipment to Amazon with its carrier and tracking number.

- Amazon Seller Central is where third-party sellers list products and manage orders on Amazon's marketplaces.
- Your account
- You keep your Amazon store or seller account. DigiOS uses the app access you authorize, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- An order with a SKU DigiOS doesn't know, or a shipment confirmation the store refuses, goes to one queue with the reason. Fix the item or the mapping and run it again, and it never ships twice.

Does this cover Fulfilled by Amazon?
No. This connection is for orders you fulfill yourself. Stock Amazon holds in its own centers is not DigiOS stock.
Can DigiOS see the buyer's address?
Amazon controls buyer address details through roles on your authorization. We apply for the roles we need with you and use them only to label the order.
Does it work in every marketplace?
Amazon's API has regions. Tell us the marketplaces you sell in and we confirm each one in writing.
