UPS with DigiOS.
The pack station gets UPS rates and labels on your own account, and tracking follows each package, so nothing ships without a label.

DigiOS connects to your UPS account through the UPS APIs, signed in with an OAuth 2.0 application you create in the UPS developer portal. The floor asks for a rate or a label, and the answer comes back to the pack station.
- Where it stands
- Planned1 Nov 2026
- About UPS
- UPS is a package delivery and logistics company with developer APIs for rating, shipping and tracking.
- Your account
- Your carrier accounts, account numbers and negotiated rates stay yours, and carrier charges go to your account.
- If a document is rejected
- A label request the carrier refuses, such as a bad address, stops the carton at the pack station with the carrier's message. The packer fixes it or picks another service, and nothing ships without a label.
Questions about UPS
Whose rates does DigiOS show?
Yours. Rate requests use your UPS account, so negotiated rates are the ones you see.
Can DigiOS print labels on our label printers?
Yes. UPS can return a label in the format you ask for, and DigiOS sends it to the printer at the pack station.
Does DigiOS need a shipping tool in the middle?
No. You can connect UPS directly, or use a shipping tool on this site if you already run one.
Ask about UPS.
Tell us what you run and what you want UPS to do. A person answers in writing.
