DigiOS connects to your FedEx account through the FedEx APIs, using an OAuth 2.0 project you create in the FedEx developer portal. Rates, labels and tracking use your account number, so your negotiated terms apply.

- FedEx is a package delivery and freight company with developer APIs for rating, shipping and tracking.

- Your carrier accounts, account numbers and negotiated rates stay yours, and carrier charges go to your account.
- If a document is rejected
- A label request the carrier refuses, such as a bad address, stops the carton at the pack station with the carrier's message. The packer fixes it or picks another service, and nothing ships without a label.
Questions about FedEx
Can we use more than one FedEx account?
Yes. Each account number is its own connection, for example one per client of a 3PL.
Does DigiOS handle freight as well as parcels?
This connection is for parcel services. For freight loads, DigiOS sends load tenders by EDI to the carriers that take them. See Client Link.
What if FedEx is slow to answer?
The pack station shows the wait and keeps the carton open. Nothing ships without a label.
