DigiWarehouse · Operator screens

Operator screens for every door, conveyor and cold room, drawn from your equipment list.

Connect the equipment and DigiOS draws the standard set: an overview of the building, a screen for each area, a screen for each piece of equipment with its faceplates and trends, and the alarm summary. Change them in a screen builder, or ask an assistant to draft one for an engineer to approve.

The standard set

One frame, four views of the same building.

The whole building at once.

Every area with its state, its alarms and its work. Colour appears only where something is wrong.

Operator sheetsMove from the site, to one area, to one machine, to a trend, on sheets where grey means normal and colour means look here.

One area, with its equipment.

Dock doors, a conveyor section or a cold room, each as a tile with its state and the order or stock it is holding.

A screen for each machine.

A faceplate with the reading, the setpoint and the controls you allow.

A trend, with its limits.

Any reading over any window, with its alarm limits and the alarms that fired along it.

Drawn by hand, and drawn from the list

A new conveyor
Drawn by handSomeone draws its screen, its alarms and its trend, usually later.
Drawn from your equipmentAdd it to the list and its faceplate, alarms and trend appear with it.
The same pump
Drawn by handThree screens with three layouts.
Drawn from your equipmentOne faceplate for the type, used everywhere it appears.
Colour
Drawn by handEvery state has its own, so nothing stands out.
Drawn from your equipmentA grey stage. Colour is for what is abnormal.
On a phone
Drawn by handA shrunken desktop screen.
Drawn from your equipmentA list of equipment with its state, and the alarms to acknowledge.

A screen builder, for the screens only you need.

Place a tile, a trend or a faceplate, and bind it to a reading with its unit. Each widget shows where its number came from, how old it is and whether the reading is good. A published screen changes only through approval.

  • Your own screens beside the standard ones, kept when DigiOS updates.
  • Saved views for a shift, a supervisor or a wall.
Approvals inboxSee exactly what a change will do, then approve or reject it. Automation can prepare a request; a named person decides.

An assistant drafts it. An engineer approves it.

Ask for a view of cold room 2 and its door, and the assistant drafts the screen from your equipment list. Nothing it drafts goes live until a named person says so.

Ask.

Describe the screen you want in a sentence.

Review.

An engineer reads the draft, edits it and sees every reading it binds.

Approve.

A named person approves it, and only then does it go live.

Colour means something is wrong.

Screens follow ISA-101: a calm grey stage, colour only for what is abnormal, and every number with its unit, its age and where it came from.

For the desk, the phone and the wall

On the desk.

The full building, area by area, with a docked alarm summary and a trend beside the equipment you picked.

On the phone.

A list: each piece of equipment with its state, the alarms waiting, and a button to acknowledge. No free-form canvas to pinch.

On the wall.

The building level only, in large type, with no controls and a loud banner when the data is stale.

Questions

Do we have to draw every screen?

No. The standard set comes from your equipment list. You draw only what is special to you.

Can the assistant change a live screen?

No. It drafts. An engineer approves, and only then does the screen go live.

Which devices show them?

A current browser on a desktop or a tablet, a phone for the list view, and a wall display for the building level.

Tell us what's on your floor.

We'll show you the overview, the area screens and one faceplate drawn from it.
