DigiOS connects to your seller account through the Walmart Marketplace APIs, using a client ID and secret you create in Seller Center. It collects new orders, acknowledges them, and sends shipment confirmations and inventory.

- Walmart Marketplace lets approved third-party sellers list products and fulfill orders on Walmart.com.
- Your account
- You keep your Walmart Marketplace store or seller account. DigiOS uses the app access you authorize, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- An order with a SKU DigiOS doesn't know, or a shipment confirmation the store refuses, goes to one queue with the reason. Fix the item or the mapping and run it again, and it never ships twice.

Who creates the listings?
You do, in Walmart's tools. DigiOS works with the orders and stock for items already listed.
How are late shipments avoided?
Orders appear on the floor as soon as they are collected, with the promised ship date shown on the pick.
Can we connect more than one seller account?
Yes. Each account is its own connection with its own credentials.
