DigiOS connects through the Adobe Commerce REST API with an integration access token from your admin. DigiOS collects orders, creates the shipment with its tracks through the ship endpoint, and updates stock by source.

- About Adobe Commerce
- Adobe Commerce, which grew out of Magento, is a commerce platform for building and running online stores.
- Your account
- You keep your Adobe Commerce store or seller account. DigiOS uses the app access you authorize, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- An order with a SKU DigiOS doesn't know, or a shipment confirmation the store refuses, goes to one queue with the reason. Fix the item or the mapping and run it again, and it never ships twice.
Questions about Adobe Commerce
Do you support Magento Open Source as well?
Yes. The REST API is the same model. Tell us your version and we confirm the endpoints.
What about Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service?
Access there is through Adobe credentials instead of an integration token. We set that up with you.
Can DigiOS hold stock for one source only?
Yes. DigiOS sends quantities for the source you assign to it and leaves your other sources alone.
