DigiOS connects through the Service Layer, the OData web service that comes with SAP Business One, signed in with a service user. Documents are matched by their document numbers and user fields you choose.
- Where it stands
- Planned1 Nov 2026
- About SAP Business One
- SAP Business One is SAP's business management software for small and mid-sized companies.
- Your account
- You keep your SAP Business One account and its licenses. DigiOS signs in with the integration access you give it, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- A document SAP Business One refuses, such as an unknown item or a closed period, goes to one queue with SAP Business One's own message. Fix it there or in the mapping and send it again. It never makes a second document.
What posts to your books
- What posts
- Customers, suppliers, A/R invoices, delivery notes, goods receipts and inventory postings.
- At what grain
- One A/R invoice per client statement, with each charge as a line. One delivery note per shipment.
- How a charge becomes a GL line
- Each kind of charge is mapped to an item or a GL account, with the client, during onboarding.
Questions about SAP Business One
Does it work with SAP Business One on HANA and on SQL Server?
The Service Layer is the route on both. Tell us your version and database and we confirm what it exposes.
Do we need a middleware product?
No. DigiOS talks to the Service Layer directly.
How are user-defined fields handled?
They go in the mapping sheet. We agree which fields travel with an order or a delivery, then send and receive them.
