NetSuite with DigiOS.

How DigiOS works with NetSuite

DigiOS connects to NetSuite through its REST web services, signed in with an OAuth 2.0 integration set up in your account. Each document is written by an external reference, so a send that is repeated updates the same NetSuite transaction instead of opening a second one.

About NetSuite
NetSuite is a cloud business system that combines financials, order management, inventory and customer accounts.
Your account
You keep your NetSuite account and its licenses. DigiOS signs in with the integration access you give it, and you can take that access away at any time.
If a document is rejected
A document NetSuite refuses, such as an unknown item or a closed period, goes to one queue with NetSuite's own message. Fix it there or in the mapping and send it again. It never makes a second document.

What posts to your books

What posts
Customers, invoices for storage, handling and other charges, item fulfillments, item receipts and inventory adjustments.
At what grain
One invoice per client statement, with each charge as a line. One item fulfillment per shipment. One item receipt per receiving close.
How a charge becomes a GL line
Each kind of charge is mapped to a NetSuite item and its income account. We map them with you during onboarding.

Questions about NetSuite

Does DigiOS replace NetSuite?

No. NetSuite keeps your books, items and customers. DigiOS runs the floor and sends NetSuite what happened.

Can you work with our custom fields and workflows?

Yes. Every NetSuite account is set up differently, so we map yours with you in a sheet you approve before anything is sent.

What does a shipment become in NetSuite?

An item fulfillment against the sales order, with the packages and tracking numbers from the floor.

Can DigiOS run beside our current process first?

Yes. Orders arrive in DigiOS while your current process carries on, you compare the two, and then you switch.
