QuickBooks Online with DigiOS.
Each client's statement becomes one QuickBooks invoice, with customers created for you and credit memos for adjustments, so billing stops being a spreadsheet.

DigiOS connects to your QuickBooks Online company through the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, authorised once by an admin with OAuth 2.0. Every send carries a request identifier, so a repeated send returns the first answer instead of making a second invoice.
- Where it stands
- Designed1 Nov 2026
- About QuickBooks Online
- QuickBooks Online is Intuit's cloud accounting software for small and mid-sized businesses.
- Your account
- You keep your QuickBooks Online account and its licenses. DigiOS signs in with the integration access you give it, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- A document QuickBooks Online refuses, such as an unknown item or a closed period, goes to one queue with QuickBooks Online's own message. Fix it there or in the mapping and send it again. It never makes a second document.
What posts to your books
- What posts
- Customers, invoices and credit memos.
- At what grain
- One invoice per client statement, with each charge rolled into a line. The line note points back to the statement line in DigiOS.
- How a charge becomes a GL line
- Each kind of charge is mapped to a QuickBooks product or service and its income account, with the client, during onboarding.
Questions about QuickBooks Online
Which charges end up on the invoice?
The lines of the statement you issued: storage, handling, minimums and manual charges, rolled up so the invoice stays short.
What happens if the connection drops mid-send?
DigiOS asks QuickBooks whether the invoice number exists. If it does, nothing is sent again. If it doesn't, the send is repeated.
Does it work with every QuickBooks plan?
