DigiOS connects through the Business Central API v2.0 for your environment, signed in with a Microsoft Entra application. Entities are matched by number, so a document sent again updates what is there.

- About Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft's cloud business management system for small and mid-sized companies.
- Your account
- You keep your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account and its licenses. DigiOS signs in with the integration access you give it, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- A document Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central refuses, such as an unknown item or a closed period, goes to one queue with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central's own message. Fix it there or in the mapping and send it again. It never makes a second document.
What posts to your books
- What posts
- Customers, sales invoices and item journal lines.
- At what grain
- One sales invoice per client statement, with each charge as a line. One shipment per order shipment.
- How a charge becomes a GL line
- Each kind of charge is mapped to an item or a GL account on the invoice line, with the client, during onboarding.
