Acumatica with DigiOS.
Acumatica keeps your orders and your books. DigiOS puts the work in front of the floor and sends shipments, receipts, stock changes and invoices back, confirmed the way Acumatica's own screens confirm them.

DigiOS connects through the contract-based REST API of your Acumatica instance, signed in with OAuth 2.0 or an integration user. Actions such as confirming a shipment are called on the document itself, the way Acumatica's own screens do.

- About Acumatica
- Acumatica is a cloud ERP with financials, distribution, manufacturing and commerce modules.
- Your account
- You keep your Acumatica account and its licenses. DigiOS signs in with the integration access you give it, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- A document Acumatica refuses, such as an unknown item or a closed period, goes to one queue with Acumatica's own message. Fix it there or in the mapping and send it again. It never makes a second document.
Questions about Acumatica
Does it work with customised Acumatica endpoints?
Yes. If you have extended an endpoint, tell us the name and version, and the mapping sheet follows it.
Can DigiOS confirm a shipment in Acumatica?
Yes. A shipment is created against the order and then confirmed when the floor closes it.
Is Acumatica's own warehouse module a problem?
No. You choose which side owns bin locations. Most keep them in DigiOS and send stock by warehouse.
