DigiOS connects to your Odoo database through its external API: the JSON-2 API on Odoo 19 and later, and the XML-RPC external API on earlier versions. A dedicated Odoo user and an API credential for it do the signing in.

- Odoo is a suite of business applications covering sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and manufacturing.
- Your account
- You keep your Odoo account and its licenses. DigiOS signs in with the integration access you give it, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- A document Odoo refuses, such as an unknown item or a closed period, goes to one queue with Odoo's own message. Fix it there or in the mapping and send it again. It never makes a second document.

Which Odoo versions work?
Odoo 19 and later through the JSON-2 API, earlier versions through the XML-RPC external API. Tell us yours and we confirm in writing.
Do we change anything in Odoo?
No. DigiOS uses a dedicated Odoo user and Odoo's own external API, so your setup stays as it is.
Does it work with Odoo's own inventory app?
Yes. DigiOS runs the floor, and Odoo keeps the orders, the products and the books. We agree which side owns locations.
