DigiOS connects to your DHL Express account through the MyDHL API. The floor asks for a rate or a shipment, and the label and the customs documents come back to the pack station.

- DHL Express is an international express delivery service, with the MyDHL API for rating, shipping and tracking.
- Your account
- Your carrier accounts, account numbers and negotiated rates stay yours, and carrier charges go to your account.
- If a document is rejected
- A label request the carrier refuses, such as a bad address, stops the carton at the pack station with the carrier's message. The packer fixes it or picks another service, and nothing ships without a label.
