How DigiOS works with ShipHero

Import is the way in: DigiOS pulls products, stock and orders for the account you start with through the ShipHero GraphQL API, using a token from your account. Where you would rather not give access, an export file does the same job.

About ShipHero: ShipHero is warehouse management and order fulfillment software for e-commerce brands and their warehouses.
Your account: You keep your ShipHero account until you leave it. DigiOS uses the access you give it, or the files you send, and you can take that access away at any time.
If a document is rejected: A row that doesn't fit the mapping is refused with its row number and its reason, and the run goes on with the rest. Nothing is guessed.

Do we have to stop using ShipHero?

No. DigiOS runs beside it for the account you start with. You compare the two, and you decide when to move.

Does DigiOS change anything in ShipHero?

No. DigiOS only takes data out for the comparison. It does not write to your ShipHero account.

What if we prefer to send files?

Send exports instead. The mapping sheet is the same.
