CSV files with DigiOS.
Start from the files you already have: items, locations, stock and open orders load from a spreadsheet export, and you check them before anything reaches the floor.

You send a sample file from your current system. DigiOS proposes how its columns map to items, locations, stock and open orders, a person shows you the mapping sheet, and you approve it. A row that does not fit is refused with a reason, never guessed.
- Where it stands
- Designed1 Nov 2026
- About CSV files
- A CSV file is a plain text table that nearly every system and spreadsheet can export.
- Your account
- You keep your CSV files account until you leave it. DigiOS uses the access you give it, or the files you send, and you can take that access away at any time.
- If a document is rejected
- A row that doesn't fit the mapping is refused with its row number and its reason, and the run goes on with the rest. Nothing is guessed.
Questions about CSV files
What if our file has extra columns?
They are kept and listed in the report, so nothing you sent is lost, and you decide which ones matter.
Can we load the same file again?
Yes. A second load updates what is already there and shows what changed. It never doubles stock.
Do we need our current system to have an API?
No. A file is enough, which is why most start here.
