How DigiOS works with Mobile robots over the MassRobotics standard
Robots that follow the MassRobotics standard send DigiOS their identity and status as JSON reports over a WebSocket. DigiOS shows every robot on one floor view, with its position, battery, state and any error, whichever maker built it.

- About Mobile robots over the MassRobotics standard
- The MassRobotics AMR Interoperability Standard lets autonomous mobile robots from different makers share their identity, position and status in a common JSON format.
- Your account
- The devices, printers and controllers stay yours, on your network. DigiOS reaches them through an edge unit in your building, or from the browser.
- If a document is rejected
- A scan, a label or a command that fails shows on the device and in the exceptions list with its reason, and nothing is sent again on a guess.

Do we need a fleet manager?
That depends on your robots. The standard works with robots on their own and with fleet software that reports for many.
